The Gyron 935 Plus is Bob
Nettmann's foray into gyro-stabilized
imaging for
broadcast ENG aerial cinematography. Utilizing
fiber optic gyros and an independent inner
gimbal,
this
mount provides stablility against pitch, roll
and yaw.
Each one of these units
is handmade to order. This meticulousness
makes for a somewhat lengthy time to delivery,
but also maintains reliability and quality
of each system.
The inner workings are rather
straightforward with direct drive motors for
movement. These solid state parts make for
very low maintenance and cost of operation
for the customer.
The Gyron 935 has been used
on many types of aircraft including blimps,
helicopters and fixed-wing.
